  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 sticks of cold butter, cubed (250g)
  1. Heat oven to 350℉ and line your baking sheets with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Whip the butter until light and fluffy. Add the Instant Matcha Cookie Mix and continue mixing.
  3. Add eggs. 1 at a time while mixing until each one is fully incorporated.
  4. Scoop cookie dough into 2 ½ inch diameter balls and place evenly on baking sheet
  5. [Optional] Place shaped dough in fridge for 1 hour before baking to keep the cookie dough from spreading too much.
  6. Bake cookies for 10-15 minutes or until the cookies turn slightly tan on the sides.
